Materials to share with students and families

Each file is written for students and families, so it can be forwarded or printed as it is.

An optional introduction

If it saves you time, a short note you can adapt for an email or a message.

I thought Aldevere might interest you. They run academic programmes for students aged 14 to 18, including one-to-one research with a doctoral or postdoctoral researcher in the student’s field. The brochure is attached, and there is more at aldevere.com/programmes. If it looks like a good fit, the first step is a free interview. If you apply, you’re welcome to mention my name.

Which students it suits

It is not the right fit for a student looking mainly for an application credential, or wanting someone else to produce the work. If no programme fits yet, we say so at the interview.

When you introduce a family

  1. The family applies at aldevere.com/apply and books an interview. The student attends, and parents are welcome to join. It is free, with no obligation.

  2. We send the recommended programme, its schedule and the fee in writing.

  3. With the family’s consent, we keep you informed of the recommendation, the match and the student’s progress.

Please ask the family to name you on their application. Share their details with us only with their permission; for a student under 18, that means a parent’s or guardian’s.

For fees, point families to the brochure. We confirm each fee in writing after the interview.
